Can someone explain to me how to do the following questions? I have all the necessary information but I just need to know HOW to solve. Thanks for the help!Reaction: Magnesium ribbon and hydrochloric acid in a calorimeter
1. Determine q, heat energy associated with magnesium ribbon in kJ (how do I find this without a specific heat capacity?).
2. Determine the DeltaHc for magnesium ribbon in kJ/mol.
3. How would using a glass calorimeter affect DeltaHr? Would the values be lower or higher?
